   - For parts that do not match the invoice: Customers must provide photographic evidence and a copy of the invoice highlighting the discrepancy.

   - For vehicles with suspected manufacturing defects: Customers must submit a report from an approved vehicle inspection center confirming the defect is due to manufacturing and not misuse.

 

3Resolution for Verified Manufacturing Defects

   - If a manufacturing defect is verified, the issue will be resolved in one of the following ways:

     - Repair by Supplier or Manufacturing Plant: The vehicle or part will be repaired by the supplier or the manufacturing plant.

     - Provision of Spare Parts:** Necessary spare parts will be provided by the supplier or the manufacturer to rectify the defect.

     - Recovery by Manufacturer:** If the vehicle cannot be repaired, it will be recovered by the manufacturer.

 

4 Return Shipping

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by CarByCart.com (e.g., incorrect part shipped) or a verified manufacturing defect.

   - All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, and a tracking number must be provided to CarByCart.com.

 

5Refund Processing

   - Visa Payments: Refunds for purchases made with Visa will be processed within 21 working days from the date of acceptance of the return request.

   - Direct Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds for purchases made via direct bank transfer will be processed within 15 working days from the date of acceptance of the return request.
